We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Our standard processing times are Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM excluding Bank Holidays. Any orders received after this time period will be processed the next working day. For next day delivery orders must be received before 1PM. Orders received on Friday for next day delivery after 1PM will be processed on Monday.

We will do our best to ensure that you receive the right product ordered. Sometimes, however, mistakes do happen, and we are keen to resolve them for you as quickly as possible.

We offer a full refund or exchange on items that are returned and received by Ar-Rayaan Scents within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. No refund on promotional, reduced, or discounted items.

Please, state or include the following information: name, email address, order details and reason for return. Then let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
